○ The studio
Building reputation on momentum.
○ Manifesto
We are engineers and designers who go inside operations — the forms, the handovers, the spreadsheets, the integrations nobody owns — and rebuild them as systems.
The work is quiet. The results are not. We believe transformation is a craft, not a consulting line item. We believe the operators in the pit, at the dispatch desk, and behind the teller counter know their business better than any deck ever will — so our job is to sit beside them long enough to see the real shape of the work.
We pick a small number of engagements each year. We do them well, and we stay until the operation runs differently than it did before we arrived.

○ Principles
No account managers.
Every engagement is led by a principal who writes code or draws screens. There is no handoff cliff between the people you sold to and the people who ship. The same hands that mapped the operation build the software that replaces it.
We bill slowly and ship quickly. We refuse retainer engagements and template builds. We work in three to four engagements a year. We say no to most of what comes in.
○ Process
Four steps. They take as long as they take.
- 00Diagnose
We sit inside the operation — the shift floor, the dispatch desk, the back office — before we draw a single screen.
- 00Map
Every handover, form, and exception is written down. Then we show you what the operation really looks like.
- 00Build
We ship in weeks, not quarters. Cross-functional teams — engineering, design, change — working against the live process.

Tools only work when people use them. We run the rollout, train the teams, and stay until the old way is gone.
