A productized engagement

A new website for your business. Fourteen days. Four thousand five hundred.

Live on Day 14, or you don't pay the second half. Same number on the contract every time.

For specialty-transport, industrial, and consulting firms whose reputation was built over decades and whose website was put up in 2019 and never touched again. Same stack we used for Geology.mn and Us Oyu. The GitHub repository is created in your account on day one.

The fourteen-day guarantee

Live in fourteen calendar days, or you don't pay the second half.

The contract states fourteen calendar days. We've never missed it across the engagements we've booked. The second invoice is held until the site is live on your domain.

○ How it works

Four steps. Two weeks.

Every engagement runs the same shape. The discovery call is the only step that doesn't cost anything, and the only one where we might decline the work.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

    30 min · free

We walk through what's broken, who the site is for, and what your week looks like. If this package isn't the right fit, we say so on the call and point you somewhere it is.

  2. 02

    Quote and kickoff

    Within 48 hours

Fixed scope, fixed price, sent the day after the call. Half on signing, half on launch. Contract and first invoice the same day; the build starts the same week.

  3. 03

    Build

    Days 1–10

Daily commits on a private staging URL. A fifteen-minute Wednesday review. One named principal writes the code and draws the screens; no subcontractor chain.

  4. 04

    Launch

    Day 14

DNS cutover. Email forwarding live. GitHub repository, domain registrar, and analytics dashboard all moved into your name. We stay on call for two weeks after.

What we don't do at this tier

The work we say no to.

  • E-commerce or online stores.

Carts, checkout, inventory, tax. Each of those is two more weeks. If you need to sell online, scope a different engagement.

  • Booking systems and member logins.

Anything with accounts, sessions, or admin panels lives outside fourteen days.

  • Custom backends or admin dashboards.

Internal tools are core MonArch work. They take eight to fourteen weeks, not two.

  • Multi-language sites.

One language at this tier. Translations and locale routing are a separate engagement.

If you need any of the above, talk to us about a different engagement. See how we work.

Pricing

What it costs, plainly.

  • Typical$4,500Five pages, fourteen days, full scope. Three of four engagements land here.
  • Floor$3,000A single-page site for businesses that need a credible front door and nothing else.
  • Ceiling$6,000More copy, more imagery, up to nine pages. Past this you're in a custom engagement.

Half on signing · half on launch · USD · no hourly · no retainers

Three engagements per quarter · one slot remaining this quarter

○ Recent work

Three sites. Three industries. Same fourteen-day shape.

Every site we've started has shipped. None have asked for a redesign within twelve months of launch.

○ FAQ

Five questions a buyer asks.

  • What if I want changes mid-build?

Two rounds of revisions are included in the fixed fee. Beyond that, we scope the change as a small add-on or roll it into a later engagement. The launch date does not move to absorb scope.

  • Who owns the work when it's done?

You do, from day one. The GitHub repository is created in your account on the first commit. The domain registrar is in your name. We hold no credentials at handoff. No leverage, by design.

  • What happens after launch?

We're on call for two weeks after the site goes live. After that, the site is yours to run. Later updates are quoted à la carte. We do not sell retainers, and we do not bill hourly.

  • Why fixed price instead of hourly?

Hourly billing aligns the studio's incentive against yours: slower work, larger invoice. Fixed price aligns it. If we're slow, that's our problem to solve on our margin, not your invoice to absorb.

  • What if you can't deliver in fourteen days?

Then you don't pay the second half. The contract states fourteen calendar days, the same number every time, and the launch invoice is held until the site is live on your domain.

○ When you're ready

Pick a window this week.

Thirty minutes on the phone. At the end of it you'll know whether this is the right package for you, what it will cost, and when we can start. If it isn't the right package, we'll say so and point you at what is.
